Top 10 Manga that Need a Better Anime Adaptation
Manga series that deserve better anime adaptations than what they received, ranked by how much the anime failed the source material. Berserk's 2016 CGI adaptation is the poster child â one of manga's greatest works reduced to PlayStation 2-quality animation. Tokyo Ghoul's anime rushed through arcs that needed room to breathe.
Some manga got decent adaptations that could be great (Kingdom's early CGI, Promised Neverland Season 2 skipping entire arcs). Others have never been adapted at all despite massive readerships. The community votes on which manga most deserves a high-budget, faithful adaptation from a studio like MAPPA or Ufotable.
